Solar power keeps the village water pump running

Trainees installed and repaired the solar panels that run the irrigation pump. The pump used to sit idle when money for diesel ran out.

Now it runs on sunlight, and the harvest is shared by the whole group. The trainees keep a repair log for every visit.

The repair log already lists eleven visits, each signed by two trainees. The oldest panel is three years old and still charges at full strength.

Two more villages asked for the same training this season. Your gift buys the next toolkits and pays the trainers who travel with them.
