Clean cookstoves reach one hundred homes in Kunduchi

This month our green technology team delivered clean cookstoves to one hundred homes around Kunduchi. Each family learned how to use and maintain the stove before taking it home.

We will visit again in six months to see which homes still use the stove every day and what changed in fuel costs and health.

Each stove cuts firewood use by almost half, so mothers spend less time collecting wood and less money at the market. One mother of four told us the kitchen no longer fills with smoke in the morning.

Next we train ten local technicians to repair stoves in their own streets. Your gift puts tools in their hands and clean air in more kitchens.
